Celeste Solak, MA, serves as Sól’s Vice President of Operations, leading team, candidate, and client coordination. She brings 18 years of experience in classical Catholic education and event planning. Her approach is rooted in Benedictine hospitality, ensuring that every candidate and client has a beautiful experience. Outside of work, Celeste is a wife, mother of seven, and grandmother of four. She lives in Monument, Colorado, where she enjoys the beauty of the mountains.

Emily Sisson is the Communications Manager and a Recruiter for Sól, where she leads organizational communications, content strategy, and conducts mission-centered talent acquisition. She supports both clients and candidates through thoughtful communication and relationship-driven recruiting. Her background spans communications, marketing, recruiting, event production, and client support across agency, nonprofit, entrepreneurial, and mission-oriented environments. Prior to joining Sól, Emily worked in advertising and copywriting. She approaches her work with empathy, curiosity, and a belief that meaningful work and healthy cultures matter deeply. Outside of work, Emily enjoys reading, cooking and creative projects. She considers raising her three boys, and the gift of faith, her greatest privileges.

Dan Selmeczy is a Senior Coach and Recruiter at Sól who also works on new business development. Before joining Sól, Dan served as Career Advisor at Thomas Aquinas College, where he met Sól founder Jeremie Solak. He also spent fourteen years teaching upper-level Math, Science, and Latin at St. Monica Academy. He is trained by the Meta Performance^TM Institute through Novus Global, one of the premier executive coaching firms in the world. Dan helps people grow their vision, integrity, and ownership to live more meaningful and impactful lives. He approaches recruiting through the lens of unreasonable hospitality. He lives in Steubenville, Ohio on an urban homestead, where he loves cooking and hosting family and friends.

Brinton Smith is a Recruiter and Consultant for education clients at Sol Recruiting, Coaching and Consulting. He is also the Director of Development at Regina Caeli Academy, where he designs, oversees, coordinates, and executes all fundraising for the homeschool hybrid network. Brinton has extensive experience in various administrative positions within Catholic and classical education systems across the country.

Over the past two decades, he served as a Principal/Headmaster and Superintendent and played a leading role in founding new K–12 classical academies. Most recently, he provided leadership consulting support to multiple classical schools in California and Florida.  

He is a graduate of The College of St. Thomas More's Fort Worth campus and earned his Masters degree in English literature from the University of Dallas. He and his wife Rebecca are active members of St. Mary the Virgin Catholic Church in Arlington, Texas and are the proud parents of 9 children.

Christina Solorzano is a Recruiter at Sól, guiding candidates and organizations through intentional, mission-driven search. She spent six years in strategic HR at the Archdiocese of Miami, Royal Caribbean, and the University of Miami, partnering with senior leaders on organizational restructuring, compensation, succession planning, and recruiting. Her approach centers on mutual mission alignment, finding the places where expertise and vocation meet. Christina is deeply grateful to walk along side candidates as they discern and pursue good, meaningful work. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Will, and together they are raising three children, William, Lucia, and Camila. At home, she finds joy in cooking, baking, and painting.

Rose Pearson is a Recruiter at Sól, where she focuses on sourcing, vetting, and placing mission-aligned candidates within Catholic and values-driven organizations. She brings a background in education and parish ministry, along with experience in medical device quality management and healthcare systems, giving her a strong operational and detail-oriented foundation. Her approach is relationship-centered, prioritizing long-term fit and authentic alignment between candidates and organizations. Outside of work, Rose enjoys exploring new places and local favorite spots, planning day trips and getaways, spending meaningful time with family and friends, and diving into new interests, from creative writing and crafting to whatever hobby has recently caught her curiosity.

Julian Solak is a recruiter for Sól, specializing in classical education and pro-life candidates. He takes a relationship-driven approach, matching clients needs and mission and connecting them with the strongest possible candidates. Outside of his professional work, Julian is a student at Wyoming Catholic College, an outdoor leader, pilgrimage leader, avid hiker, and Vice President of the Pro-Life Club.

Isabel Venegas is a Recruiter for Sól Recruiting, Coaching, and Consulting, where she partners with candidates and organizations to create meaningful connections and successful placements. Her work is grounded in fostering genuine relationships and understanding each candidate’s personal mission in order to connect them with organizations where they can thrive. Outside of work, Isabel loves spending time in nature and encountering the beauty of the created world.

David Frank is a recruiter for Sól, in charge of finding great candidates for clients. After graduating from a Chesterton Academy he developed a love for Catholic schools. He attended a year of seminary and expanded that love to the greater culture of his diocese. He is currently attending Wyoming Catholic College. He has put his passion for Catholic Christian culture into action in his work with Sól. He has a friendly approach to recruiting and seeks to build relationships. He loves the Latin language and can often be found in his shop woodworking.

Mary Ferrone is one of Sól’s Recruiters, drawing on experience in Business, Human Resources, and Continuous Improvement within the industrial sector. Her background gives her a practical, systems minded understanding of how strong teams are built — and a belief that Catholic business principles can help workplaces restore dignity to their people and strengthen long term success. Mary approaches every search with curiosity and care, focusing on understanding individuals beyond their résumés. Outside of work, she enjoys creating art and cooking alongside her husband.

Amara is Operations Assistant to Celeste, posting jobs, writing job descriptions, tracking coaching sessions and helping with other miscellaneous organization. Amara recently graduated from a classical Catholic high school and now studies liberal arts at Thomas Aquinas College. Her approach focuses on handling smaller tasks for Celeste to allow her time for more essential matters. When not studying at TAC, Amara can be found in Colorado, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dan Selmeczy is a Senior and Executive Coach. Dan works with people who want to see what's possible by challenging themselves to achieve results far beyond their expectations. His clients grow dramatically in vision, integrity, and ownership. Clients often come in skeptical and leave transformed. He believes that a person's prayer life and their productivity system, their marriage and their career strategy, belong in the same frame. He is trained by the Meta Performance^TM Institute, Fierce Inc., Souls and Hearts, and the Human Formation Coalition. He lives on an urban homestead in Steubenville, Ohio with his wife and three children and is passionate about learning, cooking, and community.

Brinton Smith coaches Principals, Headmasters, and Superintendents at Sól, strengthening how they lead and govern their schools. He coaches from experience, having served as Headmaster of two classical charter schools and a Catholic classical school, and as Superintendent of Catholic schools for a diocese. His approach pairs a formation-minded lens with practical counsel for his clients' personal benefit. Brinton holds a bachelor's in Liberal Arts (minors: theology, philosophy, literature, classics), a master's in English literature, and is ABD in Humanities and Aesthetic Studies. A husband and father of a large family, he lives in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Donna Ottaviano-Britt is a Leadership Coach with Sól, supporting new employees as they build self-awareness, confidence, and effectiveness in their roles. She is a seasoned leader in both corporate and ecclesial settings, with more than 25 years of experience coaching leaders through growth, transition, and organizational change. Donna’s whole-person approach helps clients recognize their strengths, clarify what matters most, and lead with greater authenticity and purpose. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, time with family, and living in South Jersey with her husband, Joseph.

Patrick is a member of Sól’s leadership and executive coaching team. He is currently working as Development Director at Christ in the City in Denver. Patrick is a passionate leader with a history of working in ministry and organizational health. He possesses a proven record of recruiting, forming, and managing teams and leaders. Skilled in consulting, communication, discipleship, and strategic planning, Patrick loves helping leaders reconnect with their ‘why’, solve problems, and grow their influence. Patrick is a husband and father and lives in the Denver area.

Lisa Mladinich, PCC is a certified CliftonStrengths® Coach, and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is also dual-certified in Life and Leadership Coaching with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. Lisa is the Founder and President of The Communion of Catholic Coaches, an international community with over 300 members, around the world. She is also blessed to serve on the faculty of the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and leads the private Catholic offering for certified coach training. A best-selling, award-winning author and media host, she is the host of the podcast Talent Talk Tuesdays and Wonderfully Made: Your Talent. God’s Purpose, an interview show featuring influential voices in the coaching world, at the intersection of faith and talent! She is a Catholic wife and mom, living in the wilds of Long Island.

Nicole Tittmann is one of Sól’s Executive Coaches, helping clients clarify a compelling vision for their lives and take purposeful steps toward it. She holds a B.A. from Thomas Aquinas College and an M.Ed. from Loyola Marymount University and trained as an executive coach with the Meta Performance^TM Institute before joining Novus Global, where she coaches CEOs, politicians, and professional athletes. Her approach combines powerful conversation, prayer, and practical action to uncover the stories and blinders that can hold clients back from the greatness God calls them to. Nicole is a longtime homeschooler, mother of six, board member for Fiat and Family Enrichment and runs a podcast called "Look Again," which questions the narratives presented in media and film.

Thomas serves as one of Sól’s leadership and executive coaches. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience with FOCUS, including founding Varsity Catholic and leading initiatives serving college athletes, Greek life, missionary families, and digital evangelization. His approach is rooted in a deep commitment to mission, mentorship, and helping people flourish in both their work and vocation. Thomas lives in Denver with his wife and their six children and continues to serve as a missionary through his work with FOCUS.

Sean serves on Sól’s team of leadership and executive coaches. He is a seasoned attorney, military officer, educator, and nonprofit leader whose career reflects a deep commitment to service, leadership, and mission-driven organizations. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Public Procurement Institute of Michigan and as Director of Mission & Outreach for the St. John Henry Newman Institute. From 2014 through 2025, he provided nearly 12 years of leadership at Sacred Heart Academy in Grand Rapids, first as Headmaster and later as President. Sean also brings extensive legal and military experience. He served more than 28 years in the United States Air Force and Michigan Air National Guard, including as a Judge Advocate. His legal career includes service as an Assistant United States Attorney and as an attorney with Varnum LLP and Miller Johnson. Across the military, legal, educational, and nonprofit sectors, Sean has demonstrated a consistent commitment to principled leadership, sound governance, education, and service to others. Sean is a husband and father and lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Johanna Stamps is a Sól coach who helps new hires thrive as they adjust to fresh roles and environments. She is frequently selected for coaching engagements due to her twenty-five-year career supporting high-impact entrepreneurs across New York and Southern Africa. This background, blended with extensive human-centered expertise and specialized knowledge in navigating transition and loss, makes her an exceptional partner for professionals seeking to navigate change with grace. Johanna is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. Outside of her work, Johanna can often be found on or around the river with her seven-year-old son, her primary partner in adventure.

Tamara Whitehouse serves as a coach at Sol, helping support new teachers and administrators in their first year in a new role. She currently works as a principal at a Catholic classical school in Denver, Colorado.  Her previous experience includes high school administration, instructional coaching, and teaching both children and adults. Her goal is to help her clients build on their strengths and become more reflective about how their understandings guide their practice.  When not working in schools, Tamara enjoys time reading, playing board games with her family, and hiking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Paul Kearney is a coach at Sól, supporting teachers and schools through professional coaching and development. He brings several years of experience in classical schools as both a teacher and administrator, along with an M.A. in Classical Education from Hillsdale College.  He currently works on the operations team for the Classical Learning Test. Outside of work, Paul lives in Grand Rapids, MI, with his wife and children and enjoys life with his family.
